The Wedding Day of
John Henry Hewish and May Crouch
14th October 1908
My Paternal Grandparents
I'd really love to make contact with the person who downloaded photos (on 19th February) from my post, 'A Visit from Brother', June 24th 2009. You have an Optus ISP, Win XP and a location of Box Hill, a stone's throw from the Australian family origins in Doncaster, Victoria. Perhaps you're a distant cousin? I may cheekily ask, "Who do you think you are?" Please contact me via my profile page; I'm very willing to fill in any gaps in your family tree.

Seriously...that was hit and run! Do you think they might have been courteous enough to at least ask if they might have a copy, and if they wanted the copy...who the heck are they? A cousin? Cousins would identify themselves you would think? If not...it was totally out of line! Let's hope it's just someone shy, and maybe this will lead to a reuniting of long lost family. If in fact you care to do that.
maggie's garden...Karen, do you think I sounded cross? I didn't mean to be; perhaps I won't hear from the person now...
Oh no...it must have been before my morning coffee when I read this... Sorry for the misinterpretation...must remember to coffee up before blog roll!
Karen, haha, no need to apologise! I must explain that I took the line, "Who do you think you are?" from the TV program of the same name; wherein a genealogy search is done on some famous celebrity....I don't know if you have seen the show there. It is rather a rude question but a clever title for the show!
I had to laugh; I learnt early in the piece not to comment on blogs until the morning tablets and the coffee kick in!!
thinking out loud...."I'd better think of a new post and let this one slide down the page!"
Such a beautiful bride!
I can't recognize the sort of flowers?!
Salut!
