The Ayers rock is gorgeous. Somehow I thought this was Oprah's last year doing her show. I have to admit to not watching anymore. It was nice of her to send her fans for a visit to your homeland. What a wonderful opportunity.
Is Ayer's Rock known as the umbilical cord of the continent? It seems that I remember my art professor talking about it in that respect. What an incredible trip all those people traveling with Oprah will have. The best part would be to be flown on Quantas by John Travolta! I wouldn't mind visiting your continent either...maybe one of these days!
MG...Karen, yes, a fantastic opportunity. I don't watch her show much but did tune in today and enjoyed her camping trip with Gayle to the Yosemite National Park. Her last show is next year some time.
Teri...ooh, I haven't heard that term about Ayer's Rock. I just read in the paper that John Travolta didn't pilot the plane; he opted to stay home after the birth of the new baby on November 23.
Teri, if you do come, make sure you do it in hops - stay a couple of nights in a country half way. The two days travelling home nearly killed me; we should have stayed over in Hong Kong (that was our only option). IF I do go again, I'll check out other airways to see what interesting places we can stop over in.

Have fun, Oprah!
Nancy...she's having a ball; a hectic pace!
Such a looong time since I've seen an Oprah show!
Derrick...I gave up watching, as they were so same-old, same-old. I'll look forward to the Aussie show.
