No, not really. I think they just remember our place (and the wild bird mix) from last year! I presume they were pushed further and further East this morning by that fabulous storm! They came in to land once, one of them must have spied me at the window, they took off, came back a second time and we haven't seen them since.
wow alaine - i'd love to have a flock of birds here. these are really good photographs . . . amazing memory the birds have for food and good times. steven
Hello Alaine. It´s always a pleasure to navigate here, some interesting photos, i liked this ones, nice photo work. All the best, have a nice day, see you soon.
When my son was doing his undergraduate work at Univ. of Georgia, he did a study abroad trip to Austrailia and NZ...six weeks in each country. It's so much fun exploring the pics on your sidebar and seeing all the little creatures he told me about when he returned. I'll forward the link to your blog to him. He's in lawschool now, so no more fun trips for now...just nose in the books these day. ;-) Susan
Susan (BNOP), thank you so much for visiting. I just adore your blog and your last Tablescape Thursday setting is exquisite and so inviting. Please come back and say hello soon; I wish your son great rewards with his studies.

Hi Alaine
is there something special that they are coming in to nibble on after the rains?
Happy days

Enjoy your time in Hawaii!
These are some pretty magnificent photos you captured.
Your photos are lovely, Alaine. I would love to have quick visits like that, from such beautiful birds!
Karen (Maggie's Garden)... thank you. As a matter of fact I was cursing the camera for being so slow!
Wanda...thanks and yes, it is a treat. There were a few cockatoos but most were corellas.
How nice of them to stop by and say Hi!!...me too!
Hi Lyn! Have a great weekend!
